Choose this size for a 33-inch body waist. Elder confirms that “Normal Waist” means the student’s body measurement, rather than the finished waistband.

Elder’s Model 1358 specification allows ±½ inch for the garment waist and outseam, and ±¼ inch for the inseam. Measure the student’s waist to choose a size; compare the finished measurements with a pair that fits.

📏 Sizing tips

👖 Measure the student first — For uniform pants, start with the natural waist. Use hip/seat when the chart includes it.

📏 Waist — Measure around the natural waist without pulling the tape tight.

↔️ Hip / seat — Measure around the fullest part of the hips or seat with feet together.

📏 Inseam — For pants, compare the student to a similar pair that already fits from crotch seam to hem.

🌱 Between sizes — If waist and hip/seat fall in different sizes, choose the larger size.
