SMS Notification Policy

Liebman's School Uniforms sends transactional SMS order notifications. When you place an order in our store and provide your mobile phone number at the register, you consent to receive a text message letting you know when your order is ready for pickup.

How we collect consent (verbal opt-in at the register): when you place an order at our counter, our staff asks:

"Would you like us to text you when your order is ready for pickup? If so, what is the best mobile number? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts."

Only customers who say yes and provide their mobile number receive order-notification texts. Your number is recorded in our point-of-sale customer record solely for order notifications.

We send order-status messages only - no marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency: typically 1-2 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply.
