PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed and shipped from our store in New Rochelle, NY. Processing times can vary depending on the time of year.

During peak back-to-school season processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

DROP SHIP TO SCHOOL

We offer a unique Drop Ship to School service for a flat fee of $5.00. This convenient option delivers your order directly to your child's school.

This service runs every other week from October through May (OCT – MAY) and is available exclusively to schools that have signed up for the program.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation from Shopify with your UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the UPS website or through the link provided in your confirmation email.

IN-STORE PICKUP

COVERAGE & CARRIERS

We ship exclusively with UPS to all 50 states within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
