HOW TO MEASURE

For the most accurate measurements, measure over undergarments only — not over other clothing. Wrap the tape measure comfortably around the body without pulling it too tight.

NECK

Measure around the lower part of the neck.

CHEST / BUST

Measure around the shoulder blades and the fullest part of the chest, keeping arms comfortably at your sides.

WAIST

Measure around the natural waistline. For boys, measure just below the navel.

SLEEVE LENGTH

Measure from the center of the back of the neck, over the top of the shoulder, and down to the wrist with arms at your sides.

INSEAM

Take this measurement from a well-fitting pair of pants. Measure from the crotch seam down to the hem.

HIP

Measure around the fullest part of the hips, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.
