ORDERING & THE SCHOOL FINDER
Use our School Finder on the homepage. Simply type your school name, then select your child's gender, grade, and whether you need uniforms or spirit wear. You'll be taken directly to the approved items for your school.
We are constantly adding new schools to our system. If your school isn't listed please call or text us at 914-632-2770 and we'll be happy to help you find what you need.
Yes! In-store pickup is free. Simply place your order online and select the in-store pickup option at checkout. Please visit our Store Hours page to plan your visit.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We charge a flat rate of $12.95 for standard UPS shipping. In-store pickup is always free. We also offer our unique Drop Ship to School service for just $5.00.
Standard UPS shipping takes 2–5 business days once your order has been processed. Processing times vary depending on the time of year — typically 1–5 business days during regular season and 5–15 business days during peak back-to-school season. Please plan accordingly during the summer months.
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email from Shopify with your UPS tracking number. You can use this to track your order directly on the UPS website or through the link in your confirmation email.
Our Drop Ship to School service delivers your order directly to your child's school for a flat fee of $5.00. This service runs every other week from October through May and is available exclusively to schools that have signed up for the program. Call or text us at 914-632-2770 to find out if your school participates.
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States via UPS. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer hassle-free 180-day returns on items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Returns can be made in-store or by mail. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Yes. Decorated school uniforms are eligible for return, refund, or exchange within 180 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unused condition with tags attached.
No. Personalized items — including those with a name, initials, graduation year, or team number — are final sale and cannot be returned. Event-specific merchandise, including graduation items and spirit wear produced for a specific event, is also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. However once we receive your return we will send your exchange items back to you at no additional shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your items and confirm they meet our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for processing.
