EASY RETURNS – 180 DAYS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted in-store or by mail within 180 days of purchase for items in new condition with tags attached.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns in-store or by mail within 180 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached.
- Decorated school uniforms are eligible for return, refund, or exchange within 180 days of purchase.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
- Discontinued items are not eligible for return.
- Socks and tights must be in their original, unopened packaging to be returnable.
- Personalized items — including, but not limited to, those with a name, initials, graduation year, or team number — are final sale and cannot be returned. Event-specific merchandise, including but not limited to graduation items, spirit wear produced for a specific event, and any other merchandise created for a singular occasion, is also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your items, and confirm they meet our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
If you are requesting an exchange, please include a brief note with your exchange details. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. Once we receive your return, we'll be happy to send your requested exchange items back to you at no additional shipping cost.
